We are working with a well-established organisation who have been trading for over 30 years and they specialise end-to-end service covers everything from one-off bespoke tools to life saving medical machinery. We are now looking for an experienced Mechanical Fitter to join this fast moving company in Lancashire.

Key skills required of the Mechanical Fitter:

• Over 5 years experience working as a Mechanical Fitter
• Must have over 5 years experience of machining and assembly builds
• Must have some experience/knowledge of Tooling/ Toolmaking
• Experience/knowledge of tooling background is required such as jigs, fixtures, metal cutting etc.
• Timeserved engineer 
• Experience of working in environment with highest standards of Health, Safety and Quality is essential
• Ability to interpret detailed engineering drawings and deliver conforming parts · Working with various materials including Mild steel, Alloys and stainless steel
• A good communicator at all levels, with the ability to integrate and support a successful team
• Willing to travel as and when required.

Standard Week: 37 hours Mon-Thurs 07:30 – 16:00 – Fri 07:30 – 12:30
