Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate a team of 6–8 mechanical operatives on site.
• Allocate daily tasks and ensure works meet programme deadlines.
• Oversee mechanical installation works to a high standard.
• Read and interpret drawings and project specifications.
• Ensure all works comply with RAMS, health & safety and site requirements.
• Coordinate with site management, subcontractors and other trades.
• Monitor progress, quality and workmanship.
• Maintain a safe, clean and organised working environment.

Experience & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Foreman, Mechanical Supervisor or Senior Mechanical Tradesperson.
• Experience managing and coordinating a team of 6–8 operatives.
• Good knowledge of site procedures, RAMS and health & safety.
• Valid Black CSCS Card.
