Mechanical Maintenance Engineer in London, Greater London

Are you a level 2 qualified building services plumbing, with experience of mechanical plant room maintenance looking for a new role, to move client side into world class institution in London?

We have a new role for a mechanical maintenance engineer, to join a leading University, to be based at their Denmark Hill campus.

This is a Monday - Friday role, 35 hours per week, 8-4. There is also opportunities to increase your salary, both through the on call rota, available overtime and annual salary increases. Your OTE will be c£44,000.

Within this building services maintenance role you will be responsible for a mixture of plumbing and mechanical plant room maintenance including:

• Air Handling Units
• Fan Coil Units
• Water Treatment
• Plumbing
• PPMs

This is a static role, based in Denmark Hill, but where you will have the variety of working on a number of complex buildings.
