Are you a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer looking to step up or a Supervisor from a manufacturing, industrial or heavy engineering background looking for a Monday-to-Friday role offering excellent benefits and long-term career development?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a leading manufacturer where you will work in a highly automated environment, receive ongoing technical training and take on additional leadership responsibilities.

You will carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance, fault finding and repairs to maximise plant reliability and minimise downtime. You will also coordinate employees and contractors, ensuring all maintenance activities are completed safely and efficiently.

The role would suit a mechanically qualified Maintenance Engineer looking for a secure, long-term position with an industry-leading manufacturer.

The Role:

• Planned and reactive mechanical maintenance
• Fault finding, repairs and equipment improvements
• Coordinating internal teams and contractors
• Monday to Friday, 42 hours per week
• Ongoing training and development

The Person:

• NVQ Level 3 or recognised mechanical apprenticeship
• Mechanical maintenance and fault-finding experience
• Manufacturing, industrial, commercial or heavy engineering background
• Leadership or supervisory experience advantageous
