This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of projects from planning through to completion, managing contractors, programmes, budgets and stakeholders while ensuring works are delivered safely and to a high standard.
The Role
As the Mechanical Project Manager, you will:
- Manage mechanical and building services projects from planning through to completion.
- Oversee project programmes, budgets, contractors and quality standards.
- Coordinate mechanical works including HVAC, heating, ventilation and associated building services.
- Manage subcontractors and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
- Build strong relationships with clients and key project stakeholders.
- Ensure projects meet Health & Safety, compliance and commercial requirements.
To be successful as the Mechanical Project Manager, you’ll have:
- Proven experience managing mechanical or M&E projects.
- Strong knowledge of mechanical building services and HVAC systems.
- Experience delivering projects within commercial, FM or similar environments.
- Strong contractor and stakeholder management skills.
- Good commercial awareness with experience managing project costs and programmes.
- Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
- £350 - £450 per day
- Contract opportunity in Edinburgh
