This is an excellent opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a highly-respected Building Services contractor delivering projects across the commercial, healthcare, industrial, education, and specialist sectors.

With a strong pipeline of secured work and a high level of repeat business, the company is looking to appoint a Mechanical Project Manager to support the continued growth of its project delivery team.

The Role – Mechanical Project Manager

You will take ownership of mechanical building services projects from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, on programme, and to a high standard.

Working closely with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams, you will coordinate project delivery, manage programme requirements, oversee technical compliance, and support successful commercial outcomes.

The role offers the opportunity to work across a varied portfolio of mechanical building services projects, providing long-term stability and genuine responsibility within a respected contractor environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager within Building Services
• Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, plant, pipework, ventilation, and public health services
• Experience delivering mechanical building services projects within contractor environments
• Good commercial awareness and understanding of project delivery
• Strong organisational, communication, and client-facing skills
• Full UK Driving Licence
