An established and successfully growing M&E contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Mechanical Project Manager as it continues to expand its project portfolio across Kent, Surrey and London.
This isn't a business delivering the same type of scheme repeatedly. Its portfolio includes a varied mix of commercial, education and unique historical building projects, involving technically interesting mechanical installations, refurbishments and upgrades.
Operating from an impressive office location and with a healthy pipeline of secured and upcoming work, this is an opportunity to join the company at an exciting stage of its growth, with genuine scope to develop alongside the business.

Managing mechanical projects, programmes and site delivery teams.
-
Coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and procurement.
-
Attending client, design and technical meetings.
-
Managing programme, cost, variations and commercial performance.
-
Identifying value-engineering opportunities.
-
Working closely with consultants, clients and internal teams.
-
Maintaining quality, H&S and project documentation.
-
Managing mechanical installations through commissioning and handover.

Providing clear project reporting to senior management.
What We're Looking For

You'll need a good understanding of mechanical building services, strong subcontractor and programme management skills, and the commercial awareness to manage procurement, variations and project costs.
SMSTS / CSCS would be advantageous.
Why Consider It?
The attraction here is the combination of interesting projects, business growth and long-term progression. You'll be joining a company with an established reputation, a strong forward workload and the opportunity to take on increasing responsibility as the business continues to develop.
