A leading M&E Contractor is seeking an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the mechanical package on a major project based in Feltham, TW12. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-respected contractor delivering high-profile commercial projects across London and the South East.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the mechanical installation from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

The Role

• Managing the full mechanical package on site from installation through to handover
• Coordinating subcontractors, labour and materials
• Driving programme and ensuring works are delivered to deadlines
• Managing client relationships and attending progress meetings
• Overseeing health & safety and site compliance
• Monitoring quality control and commissioning processes
• Working closely with commercial and design teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Producing regular progress reports and managing project documentation

Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Mechanical Project Manager
• Strong commercial project background within the M&E sector
• Experience delivering large-scale mechanical installations
• Excellent organisational and management skills
• SMSTS/SSSTS required
• Strong understanding of programme management and site coordination
