Mechanical Project Manager – Pre-Construction and site based 

Location: West London & Surrey (Office & Site Based)
Salary: £70,000–£80,000 per annum + Excellent Benefits
Start Date: Immediate

We are looking for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join our growing team, working on projects across West London and Surrey.

This is a pre-construction role with a combination of office and site-based work, offering the opportunity to manage projects from tender stage through to mobilisation while liaising closely with clients, consultants, and site teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage mechanical projects throughout the pre-construction phase and then site based. 
• Attend site visits and client meetings as required.
• Review drawings, specifications, and technical submissions.
• Coordinate with design teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Prepare project programmes, procurement schedules, and budgets.
• Ensure projects are fully planned and ready for successful delivery.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E/Building Services sector.
• Previous prison project experience is preferred.
• Experience with EL1 projects is highly desirable.
• Strong technical and commercial knowledge.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
