Our client is seeking a Mechanical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a range of commercial fit-out projects throughout Central London. The Role
As Mechanical Project Manager, you will take ownership of mechanical packages from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing multiple commercial fit-out projects across Central London.
- Coordinating mechanical subcontractors and site teams.
- Producing and managing project programmes, procurement schedules and labour resources.
- Attending client and site meetings while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
- Monitoring project progress, budgets and commercial performance.
- Ensuring all health & safety procedures are adhered to.
- Managing quality control, commissioning and project handover.
- Working closely with internal commercial, design and electrical teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the M&E or Building Services sector.
- Proven track record delivering commercial fit-out projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of mechanical building services.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project deadlines.
- SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid certification (preferred).
- Full UK driving licence.
