Mechanical Project Manager

Streamline Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Mechanical Project Manager to join our client, a reputable subcontractor company, based in London – Central and the Home Counties. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will coordinate with various stakeholders, manage project teams, and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in mechanical project management, excellent leadership skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Proven experience as a Mechanical Project Manager within the construction or subcontracting industry.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and relevant design and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to lead and coordinate project teams effectively.
• Excellent organisational and communication skills.
• £350 per day, with a PAYE option after 6 months 
• Experience managing budgets, schedules, and resources efficiently.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations relevant to mechanical projects.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Valid relevant certifications and qualifications in mechanical engineering or project management.
