• Extensive experience in Mechanical Project Management within the Building Services sector
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and relevant industry standards
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to plan, schedule, and oversee resource allocation effectively
• Overseeing projects from £100,000 - £1,000,000
• Proficient in project management tools and software
• Safe and compliant delivery of projects, adhering to health and safety regulations
• Experience working in London or Home Counties is preferred
