Mechanical Project Manager – Commercial Fit Out | London

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Mechanical Project Manager to join one of London’s leading fit-out contractors, with an annual turnover of approximately £100 million.

The business is looking for a highly competent Mechanical Project Manager with a strong track record delivering CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out schemes. You’ll have the opportunity to manage up to three projects simultaneously, with individual project values ranging from £500k to £2m.

Working closely with the electrical team and reporting directly into the Mechanical Construction Director, you’ll take ownership of the mechanical delivery across your projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on programme, to specification and within budget.

The Opportunity:

• Manage multiple  CAT A & CAT B commercial fit-out projects

• Project values ranging from £500,000 – £2 million

• Work collaboratively with the electrical delivery team
