We are looking for a Mechanical Shift Engineer who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Mechanical Shift Engineer, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.

Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for a Mechanical Shift Engineer to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
The Mechanical Shift Engineer, will be responsible for:
- Undertake planned and reactive electrical and mechanical maintenance across a wide range of building services.
- Work as part of a balanced shift team (electrical and mechanical) providing 24‑hour cover for the Heathrow estate.
- Identify plant defects, warning indicators and system faults, taking appropriate corrective actions.
- Maintain and support building services systems including power distribution, motor controls, lighting, standby generators, controls systems, inverters and fire alarm/PA systems.
To be successful for this Mechanical Shift Engineer role you must have:
- City & Guilds craft certificate / ONC or equivalent.
- Recognised craft apprenticeship (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)..
- Ability to obtain and pass full intrusive security checks (mandatory).
- C&G Level 3 in HVAC/Mechanical Engineering (desirable).
