Mechanical Site Manager – Retail Fit Out

An established M&E contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to deliver a fast-paced retail refurbishment project in Southampton.

This is a 7-week programme starting 18th August, overseeing the day-to-day delivery of a live retail refurbishment.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of site operations
• Managing specialist subcontractors
• Ensuring Health & Safety compliance
• Liaising with the Project Manager and main contractor
• Delivering works to programme
• Coordinating deliveries and site logistics
• Managing project completion and handover

Requirements

• Previous Site Management experience within retail fit out or refurbishment
• Strong subcontractor management skills
• Experience working on fast-track projects
• SMSTS
• CSCS
• First Aid at Work
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
