Mechanical Site Manager – Retail Fit Out
Woking
An experienced Site Manager is required to lead the delivery of a retail refurbishment project for a leading M&E contractor.
The project starts 24th August and runs for approximately 8 weeks.
Responsibilities
- Managing day-to-day site activities
- Coordinating subcontractors and programme
- Maintaining Health & Safety standards
- Liaising with the main contractor and Project Manager
- Ensuring works are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard
- Supporting commissioning, completion and handover
Requirements
- Proven Site Manager experience on retail refurbishment or fit-out projects
- Ability to manage live construction environments
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- SMSTS
- CSCS
- First Aid at Work
Previous supermarket or retail refurbishment experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
