Mechanical Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a 10 Storey Commercial CAT A/ B Fit Out Project in Holborn which is full Mechanical but require experience with VRF and Ductwork 

Our client a large M&E contractor in London who specialise in fit out projects throughout the UK have won a new project and we are looking for the Mechanical Supervisor to start asap. 

The Role:

• Supervising all mechanical installations across a 10-storey commercial project.
• Supervisor Full Mechanical Package mainly VRF and Dutwork 
• Managing mechanical subcontractors 
• Tool Box talks 
• Health & Saftey 
• Ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to a high standard.
• Coordinating with the site management team and other trades.
• Carrying out quality inspections and ensuring compliance with project specifications.
• Attending site meetings and reporting on progress.

Essential Experience:

• Strong background in VRF and ductwork Installations .
• Experience supervising full mechanical packages including HVAC, pipework, ventilation, and associated plant.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• SSSTS/SMSTS preferred.
• Valid CSCS card.
