Mechanical Supervisor

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join a large Shell & Core Project in Henley-on-Thames. This is the full Mechanical package altough Commerical Sprinkler, VRF and Ductwork experience is essential

This is an excellent opportunity to work with a leading M&E contractor overseeing the full mechanical package from installation through to completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise all mechanical works on site, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest quality standards.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors
• Monitor progress and ensure works comply with drawings, specifications, and health & safety requirements.
• Liaise with the site management team, engineers, and other trades.
• Attend site meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Tool Box Talks 

Essential Requirements

• Strong experience supervising commercial spinkler installations, VRF Systems, and Ductwork Installations.
• Experience overseeing full mechanical packages, including HVAC, ventilation, pipework, and associated mechanical services.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Valid CSCS Card.
• SSSTS or SMSTS preferred.
