Mechanical Supervisor 

Northampton 

CBS Recruitment are looking for a Mechanical Supervisor to run a 12 month commercial refurbishment in Northampton.

You will be looking for a team of 4-6 Mechanical fitters, made up of duct fitters and pipefitters for a mix of works between plant rooms and corridors. 

This psoition will initially start on nights but will eventually move onto days.

You will need:

• A valid SMSTS.
• 5+ years of experience as a Mechanical Supervisor in a commercial setting. 
• Strong pipework and HVAC knowledge. 
• Proven experience of successfully delivering mechanical projects.

Start date is around the 10th of August 2026.
