Mechanical Supervisor

This is an excellent opportunity to join a well established and successful Mechanical and Electrical Contractor, with a reputation for delivering high quality M&E installations on high value new build developments. Working alongside Project Managers and site teams, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful delivery of mechanical packages from installation through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate mechanical installation works on site.
Manage and monitor subcontractors, direct labour and site activities.
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme and to the required quality standards.
Conduct site inspections and monitor progress against project schedules.
Liaise with clients, consultants, project managers and other stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
Support commissioning activities and project handover processes.
Maintain accurate site records and reporting documentation.

Requirements

Previous experience working as a Mechanical Supervisor within the Construction industry
Proven experience delivering mechanical installations on new-build and/or refurbishment projects
Strong understanding of mechanical building services
Valid SSSTS
Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills
Ability to manage trades and work effectively within project teams
