Mechanical Technician (Contract)

Our client based in Aberdeen is looking for 2 Mechanical Technicians to join their team for 1 month maybe longer.

Key Responsibilities

• Dismantling and assembling mechanical equipment.
• Carrying out mechanical maintenance and repairs.
• Inspecting components for wear and damage.
• Following engineering drawings and technical procedures.
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Requirements

• Time Served Mechanical Technician/Mechanical Fitter.
• Proven experience in disassembling and reassembling mechanical equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Commitment to health and safety procedures.
• Previous experience within oil & gas, manufacturing, or heavy engineering environments is advantageous.
