Medical/Clinical Coder

Job Description:

• We are hiring an Accredited Clinical Coder (ACC) to support an innovative Healthcare AI initiative. This is a fully remote contract opportunity for experienced NHS Clinical Coders with strong expertise in ICD-10 (UK Edition) and OPCS-4 coding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review clinical documentation and accurately assign ICD-10 (UK) and OPCS-4 codes.
• Ensure compliance with NHS Clinical Coding Standards and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain high coding accuracy while working on large volumes of clinical records.
• Support the development of AI-powered healthcare documentation solutions.

Must-Have Skills:

• ACC (Accredited Clinical Coder) or equivalent UK accreditation.
• 2–4+ years of NHS Clinical Coding experience.
• Hands-on experience with ICD-10 (UK Edition) and OPCS-4 coding.
• Strong understanding of NHS coding standards and clinical documentation.
