We are currently working with a number of GP Practices across Luton and the surrounding areas who are looking to recruit experienced Medical Receptionists.

These positions offer the opportunity to start on a temporary basis with the potential to secure a permanent role.

Requirements:

  • Previous GP Reception experience is essential
  • Knowledge of either EMIS or SystmOne
  • Excellent communication and patient-facing skills
  • Ability to work within a busy Primary Care environment

Duties May Include:

  • Greeting and assisting patients
  • Booking appointments
  • Managing incoming calls and emails
  • Care navigation and signposting
  • Processing prescriptions and referrals
  • General administrative support
