We're recruiting on behalf of our client for an accurate and organised Medical Records Administrator to join a busy team in Lincoln on a temporary basis for the next couple of months. In this role, you'll play a key part in supporting clinical services by ensuring correspondence is typed accurately and within the required timescales.
If you're someone who takes pride in being organised, reliable, and detail-focused, your contribution will have a direct impact on the smooth running of patient services.
What you'll be doing:
- Typing clinical letters and medical correspondence across a range of medical specialities
- Ensuring all documentation is accurate, professionally presented, and completed within required timescales
- Maintaining confidentiality when handling sensitive patient information
- Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties as required
What we're looking for:
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy
- Strong attention to detail, particularly when handling sensitive patient information
- Previous medical administration or audio typing experience would be advantageous
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- A reliable, professional approach and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
