Medical Sales

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join my client, a leading specialist healthcare provider offering innovative, high-value private treatments and clinical services.

You will guide prospective patients through their options, build trust, discuss pricing and treatment pathways, and ultimately convert enquiries into bookings and revenue, while maintaining the highest standards of empathy, professionalism and ethical compliance.

• Follow up warm and hot inbound leads from prospective self-pay patients.
• Manage the full sales journey from initial enquiry through to service selection, pricing, booking and payment.
• Build excellent relationships with prospective patients, communicating with empathy, confidence and professionalism.
• Work towards and deliver sales, conversion and revenue targets within strict ethical guidelines.
• Develop a strong understanding of the company's specialist treatments, services and patient pathways.
• Manage enquiries across telephone, email, online messaging and patient referral platforms.
• Maintain accurate patient and sales information on the CRM and internal database.
• Monitor conversion rates and KPIs, identifying opportunities to continually improve performance.
• Work closely with internal teams and colleagues across multiple locations.
• Support digital communications and wider business initiatives where required.

This role would suit an experienced sales professional who is confident selling a high-value service or product and understands that successful sales are built on trust, credibility and excellent communication.

Ideally, you will have:

• A strong background in sales, business development, medical sales, pharmaceutical sales or high-value consultative sales.
• A proven ability to convert warm leads and close sales.
• Experience working towards KPIs, conversion and revenue targets.
• Confidence discussing high-value services with prospective customers or patients.
• Exceptional communication skills with a naturally empathetic approach.
• The ability to explain complex information clearly and professionally.
• Strong CRM and database management skills.
• The motivation and discipline required to succeed in a fully remote sales position.

We are looking for somebody commercial, polished, driven and confident, who can also handle sensitive conversations with empathy and professionalism.

This is not cold calling. You will be speaking to individuals who have already expressed an interest in the service. Your ability to understand their needs, build trust and convert genuine interest into a booking will be key.

Medical or pharmaceutical sales experience would be advantageous, but we are equally interested in exceptional salespeople with experience selling high-value products or services who can demonstrate strong conversion and closing ability.
