Receptionist / Admin Support - Interim

The role:
- Meet & greet visitors, providing a professional front-of-house experience
- Manage calls, emails and general enquiries
- Schedule appointments and support diary coordination
- Produce accurate documents across Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office 365
- Provide general administrative support across the team
What we're looking for:
- Good attitude experience is great but opportunity to train the right person
- Confident using Office 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Highly organised, flexible and adaptable
- Able to prioritise workload and use initiative
- Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
