Receptionist / Admin Support - Interim

The role:

  • Meet & greet visitors, providing a professional front-of-house experience
  • Manage calls, emails and general enquiries
  • Schedule appointments and support diary coordination
  • Produce accurate documents across Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Office 365
  • Provide general administrative support across the team

What we're looking for:

  • Good attitude experience is great but opportunity to train the right person
  • Confident using Office 365, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Highly organised, flexible and adaptable
  • Able to prioritise workload and use initiative
  • Friendly, professional and customer-focused approach
