Do you enjoy meeting new people, building rapport and achieving results? Are you passionate about nature and looking to use your sales skills to make a genuine difference?

CF Fundraising Ltd is looking for confident, professional and engaging Field Sales Representatives to represent Kent Wildlife Trust at carefully selected venues and events across Kent.

This is a rewarding face-to-face sales role where your ability to connect with people will directly support wildlife conservation across the county. Working at pre-booked venues, you'll inspire members of the public to become long-term supporters of one of Kent's leading conservation charities.

If you're motivated by people, performance and purpose, we'd love to hear from you.

About Kent Wildlife Trust

Kent Wildlife Trust is one of the UK's leading nature conservation charities, working to protect wildlife and restore habitats across Kent.

From ancient woodlands and wildflower meadows to wetlands, coastal habitats and nature reserves, the Trust works to protect some of Kent's most important wild places. Through practical conservation, education and community engagement, Kent Wildlife Trust is helping create a wilder future where both people and wildlife can thrive.

Every membership helps support the Trust's vital work protecting nature, restoring habitats and ensuring that Kent's wildlife has a future.

The Role

As a Field Sales Representative, you'll engage members of the public in friendly, meaningful conversations, sharing the work of Kent Wildlife Trust and encouraging people to become members.

Working at busy shopping centres, garden centres, country shows, agricultural events and other high-footfall venues, no two days are the same. You'll have the opportunity to meet hundreds of people each week, using your sales experience to build trust, overcome objections and achieve excellent results.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a target-driven environment and wants their work to have a positive impact on wildlife and the environment.

  • Inspiring people to become regular members of the Trust.
  • Consistently achieving individual and team membership targets.
  • Delivering an outstanding customer experience on every interaction.

  • Accommodation provided where overnight stays are required.
  • Full uniform, tablet and all equipment supplied.
  • A supportive, high-performing team that recognises and rewards success.

About You

We're looking for someone who enjoys talking to people and has the confidence to approach new conversations every day.
