Airmid   are now recruiting for reliable compassionate Support Workers   in the Hackney area , for work supporting a client in a Residential Setting.

Location: Hackney

Salary: £15.00 per hour PAYE

Shift pattern: Sat and Sun 1pm-6pm, 3 weekends on/3 weekends off

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality care
  • Be proactive with managing behaviour & de-escalation
  • Ability to communicate clearly & effectively through verbal & written means.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to work within a small team
  • Must be able to maintain a high level of care

Requirements:

  • Right to work in the UK

  • 6+ months of personal care experience  (hospital, nursing home, or home care)

  • DBS on update service  or willingness to obtain one

  • Basic Life Support & Moving/Handling training

  • Two professional references
