๐Ÿ•’ 37 hours per week, Monday โ€“ Sunday, inclusive of bank holidays, shifts include mornings, evenings & weekends.

As a Mental Health Support Worker, you'll help people living with serious mental health challenges build confidence, develop life skills, and move towards greater independence.

No two days are the same. One day you could be supporting someone to attend an appointment, learn budgeting skills, or take part in activities they enjoy. Another day you could be helping someone achieve an important personal goal they've been working towards.

The relationships you build and the support you provide can have a lasting impact on someone's recovery journey.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll:

? Support residents with daily living skills, wellbeing and independence

? Build positive, trusting relationships

? Encourage people to achieve personal goals, access education, employment and community opportunities

? Work alongside healthcare professionals, families and support networks

? Promote mental and physical wellbeing

? Help create a safe, welcoming and inclusive environment

? Learn and apply therapeutic approaches including Talk Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma-Informed Care
