MEP BIM Lead

London | £60,000 - £75,000 + Package

A leading construction and engineering business is looking for an experienced MEP BIM Lead to take ownership of BIM delivery across a range of major London projects.

This is a hands-on leadership role, combining BIM strategy, MEP coordination and team management, with the opportunity to influence how digital construction is delivered across the business.

• Lead MEP BIM coordination from design through construction.
• Manage and develop BIM standards, workflows and BIM Execution Plans.
• Lead multidisciplinary coordination using Revit and Navisworks.
• Manage BIM teams, consultants and specialist subcontractors.
• Oversee model quality, clash detection and information delivery.
• Support 4D/5D BIM and digital construction initiatives.
• Drive continuous improvement across BIM processes and technology.

• Strong MEP BIM experience within construction or engineering.
• Advanced Revit and Navisworks knowledge.
• Experience leading BIM teams and multidisciplinary coordination.
• Strong understanding of MEP services and construction delivery.
• Confident managing clients, consultants and project stakeholders.
