Im currently partnering with a well-established building services consultancy in London that is looking to expand its BIM team with the addition of a BIM Manager.

Youll have the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of MEP projects across the commercial, industrial, healthcare, education, and infrastructure sectors within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.

BIM Manager

London | Up to £60,000 + Excellent Benefits

Were looking for an experienced BIM professional to lead BIM delivery across multidisciplinary MEP projects.

Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead BIM strategy and model coordination across multiple projects.
✔ Manage project information models from design through to construction and handover.
✔ Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and supply chain partners.
✔ Mentor and develop the BIM team while promoting BIM best practices.

What Were Looking For:
✅ 5+ years UK BIM experience within the MEP/building services sector.
✅ Advanced Revit skills with strong knowledge of Navisworks and BIM standards.
✅ Proven leadership, coordination, and stakeholder management experience.
