MEP BIM Technician

MEP Revit / BIM Technician - London
Salary: Up to £50,000

A well-established building services consultancy is looking to appoint an experienced MEP Revit / BIM Technician to join its London team.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years' experience using Autodesk Revit within an MEP environment and a solid understanding of BIM methodologies. They will play a key role in producing and coordinating high-quality BIM models across a variety of building services projects, working closely with engineers, project managers, and the wider design team.

Key Responsibilities

• Produce and coordinate MEP Revit models across a range of projects.
• Assist in the delivery of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, fire protection, and security projects.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate and efficient project delivery.
• Maintain BIM standards and support model coordination throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years' MEP Revit experience.
• Strong Autodesk Revit and BIM knowledge.
• Experience working within a building services consultancy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Salary & Benefits

• Up to £50,000 depending on experience.
