We are looking for an experienced MEP Lead to join a major Data Centre project in

You will take overall responsibility for the Mechanical & Electrical delivery, leading the MEP team, subcontractors and installation activities from construction through to commissioning and handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all Mechanical & Electrical works on the project.
• Manage MEP engineers, supervisors and subcontractors.
• Coordinate MEP activities with CSA, commissioning, planning and project teams.
• Manage programme, labour, materials and resources.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, progress and manpower.
• Ensure high standards of quality, safety and workmanship.
• Review designs and coordinate MEP interfaces.
• Manage technical issues, variations and project risks.
• Attend client, design, planning and coordination meetings.
• Drive testing, commissioning, snagging and final handover.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Relevant Mechanical or Electrical Engineering qualification or trade background.
• 10+ years' MEP experience on large-scale construction projects.
• Proven experience leading major MEP installation projects.
• Strong Mechanical and Electrical knowledge.
• Data Centre / Mission Critical experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing large MEP teams and subcontractors.
• Strong understanding of construction programmes, quality and H&S.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• EU Passport – essential.
