£60,000 - £75,000 Basic + Relocation support + Visa for those with a Settlement state or UK Passport + Accommodation Support + 20% Tax no threshold on earnings + Long term projects + MORE!

As MEP Manager, you'll take ownership of the coordination, installation, compliance and successful delivery of mechanical and electrical packages across a diverse range of projects, from high-end bespoke developments through to large-scale residential, commercial and mixed-use schemes.

The Role
  • Managing M&E subcontractors throughout project delivery
  • Coordinating mechanical and electrical installations with the main construction programme
  • Reviewing technical drawings, specifications and subcontractor submissions
  • Monitoring site quality, progress, compliance and health & safety standards
  • Driving programme performance and resolving technical challenges on site
  • Supporting commissioning, testing and handover activities
  • Working closely with Project Managers, Site Managers and Commercial teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintaining strong communication with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
Requirements
  • Mechanical or Electrical qualification such as NVQ, City & Guilds, HNC, HND, Degree or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of building services, MEP coordination and installation
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple work packages simultaneously
  • Experience delivering residential, commercial or mixed-use projects
  • Proven track record overseeing quality, compliance and programme performance
  • UK Passport or Settlement status in the UK
  • A genuine desire to relocate and build a long term future in the Channel Islands
