MEP Manager in Ulverston, Cumbria

Some MEP Manager roles offer another project. This one offers something more valuable: the opportunity to build a long-term career with a business where the work keeps coming.

Join an established engineering business with a strong position across commercial, datacentre, defence and utilities framework contracts—giving you the stability of long-term client relationships and a pipeline that isn't dependent on winning the next individual project.

You'll take ownership of mainly live, fast-track mechanical & electrical contracts, leading delivery from programme and labour management through to commercial control, quality and client satisfaction.

🔧 Technical ownership – Use your M&E expertise to solve problems, support your team and maintain high standards across every installation.

💷 Commercial responsibility – Manage costs, variations, procurement and payment applications while keeping projects financially on track.

🤝 Client influence – Build relationships that turn successful delivery into lasting partnerships.

🛡️ Long-term security – Work within established frameworks where continuity and reputation matter as much as individual project wins.

We're looking for an experienced mechanical or electrical professional with commercial awareness, leadership ability and a proven track record across large scale MEP installations.

If you're ready to take ownership of significant contracts without sacrificing the stability of a secure order book, this could be the move you've been waiting for.
