£35,000 - £45,000 DOE

A leading engineering consultancy is looking for a BIM Specialist to join their London team. This is a hands-on role focused on Revit MEP, model management and BIM coordination across building services projects.

• Manage and maintain Revit MEP models.
• Carry out model reviews, clash detection and coordination.
• Monitor model health and ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Manage linked models and project information.
• Support BEPs, CDE and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) activities.
• Work closely with engineers and project teams to resolve coordination issues.
• Identify opportunities to improve workflows through automation and digital tools.

• Strong experience using Revit MEP.
• Previous experience within building services / MEP.
• Good understanding of BIM coordination, clash detection and model management.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ACC, BIM standards or ISO 19650 is beneficial.
• Experience with Python, pyRevit or Revit automation is advantageous but not essential.
