Their work spans sectors including data centres, commercial developments, healthcare, transport infrastructure and high-spec residential, with projects typically involving large-scale, high-value MEP packages.

Key Responsibilities

• Pre- and post-contract MEP quantity surveying duties

• Commercial management of mechanical or electrical packages

• Cost planning, forecasting, and monthly valuations

• Procurement of MEP subcontract packages

• Change control, variations, and final accounts

• Contract administration and commercial risk management

• Direct liaison with clients, contractors, and design teams

About You

• Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline

• Experience working with MEP packages in a consultancy or contractor environment

• Strong technical understanding of mechanical and electrical scope and costs

• Commercially aware, organised, and confident communicating with stakeholders
