Mercedes-Benz Vehicle Damage Assessor

Mercedes-Benz of Bristol is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated VDA to join our busy and professional Bodyshop team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with great customer service skills who is looking to build a long-term career in the automotive industry.
 
About the Role

As a VDA you will play an important role in delivering an exceptional customer experience while supporting the day-to-day operations of our Bodyshop.

Key Responsibilities

• Greeting customers and providing a warm, professional welcome.
• Assisting customers with Bodyshop enquiries and keeping them informed throughout the repair process.
• Preparing and presenting vehicle repair estimates.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to promote Bodyshop services and products.
• Supporting the team with administrative tasks and customer communications.
• Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records.
• Working closely with colleagues to ensure a smooth and efficient customer journey.
