Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services, is currently recruiting for a MES Administrator on behalf of Siemens Healthineers. This role is essential for supporting the administration functions of the Managed Equipment Service (MES), ensuring seamless communication across internal and external stakeholders, and driving the efficient delivery of key healthcare service operations.
Job Purpose
To provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and organizational support to the MES team. In this role, you will help maintain medical equipment service contracts, coordinate helpdesk and maintenance activities, manage asset data, and ensure all services align with Siemens contractual obligations and NHS compliance standards.
Responsibilities

Provide confidential, reliable administrative support to the MES Team and act as a key contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Carry out the administration and monitoring of maintenance contracts and services provided by manufacturers and third-party providers.

Obtain quotes, raise purchase orders, and monitor stock parts/supplies to support contractual commitments.

Manage the Helpdesk service, prioritizing maintenance jobs for engineers based on customer needs and contractual SLAs.

Schedule maintenance, review job logs for service failures, and input completion reports into the Equipment Asset Management (EAM) system.

Administer asset data in the EAM system across commissioning, updating, and asset disposal processes.

Coordinate and schedule medical equipment servicing with external suppliers and Trust staff.

Attend customer meetings, record accurate minutes, and conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to collate performance data.

Ensure strict adherence to work instructions, quality policies, and Health & Safety standards in line with Siemens, MHRA, and NHS requirements.
About You

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, ideally within a busy office environment.

Technical Skills: Computer literate with solid proficiency in MS Windows and Microsoft Office packages; familiarity with database or Asset Management (EAM) systems is a plus.

Commercial Awareness: Basic understanding of commercial/financial processes, such as raising purchase orders and handling quotes.

Soft Skills: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and exceptional attention to detail.

Attributes: Self-starter with a flexible, proactive approach, able to work with minimal supervision and across diverse cultural backgrounds.
