We’re looking for an experienced MET Technician to join a fleet company in Ashford. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable and growing business that genuinely prioritises employee wellbeing and workshop culture.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Dismantling vehicles and carrying out mechanical and body repairs
- Diagnosing faults and performing inspections and testing
- Ordering parts and completing rebuilds using new components
- Working on both mechanical and electrical elements of repair
- Ensuring all repairs meet high safety and quality standards
- Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the workshop
- Previous experience in a similar MET Technician role
- Strong mechanical, electrical and body repair knowledge
- Your own tools
- ATA accreditation is desirable but not essential
- A solid work ethic, attention to detail, and team-first mindset
- Annual Pay review
- £2,000 incentive paid after 6 months of service
