- Diagnose vehicle damage and execute repairs efficiently and accurately
- Work within set timescales while maintaining high-quality workmanship
- Ensure all repairs adhere to health and safety guidelines as an MET Technician
- Complete all relevant job documentation accurately
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised workshop environment
- Liaise with colleagues, parts departments, and management as required
- Relevant qualification in vehicle body repair, automotive engineering, or equivalent experience as an MET Technician
- Proven experience in repairing and replacing mechanical, electrical, and trim components
- Ability to work independently during night shifts
- Strong attention to detail and quality-focused approach
- Ability to work under pressure and meet productivity targets
- Experience aligning repairs with manufacturer specifications
- Sound understanding of health and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
