We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for the position of MET Technician at their reputable workshop in Burgess Hill. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced MET Technician to join a busy and professional environment that values high standards and quality workmanship.

The MET Technician role offers the following benefits:

Duties include:
  • Carrying out vehicle stripping, fitting, and repair tasks to the highest standard
  • Assisting in workshop organisation by allocating work to team members efficiently
  • Conducting quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards
  • Supporting the workshop team with vehicle repairs when required
  • Maintaining high health and safety standards within the workshop environment
  • Liaising with colleagues to ensure smooth workflow and timely completion of jobs
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as an MET Technician in a fast-paced bodyshop or dealership environment
  • Strong vehicle strip and fit skills with a high level of technical competence 
  • Good organisational skills and ability to assist in workshop control
  • Exceptional attention to detail to uphold high standards of repair quality
  • Reliable and team-oriented with a commitment to workshop efficiency
  • Ability to maintain safety standards and support team members as needed
