Duties of the MET Technician:
  • Conduct advanced MET repairs and diagnostics to the highest standards
  • Work efficiently to meet repair targets and quality standards
  • Liaise with team members and management to ensure smooth workflow
  • Maintain accurate documentation of all work carried out
  • Ensure all work complies with industry safety and compliance guidelines
  • Support junior team members where required to uphold team standards
Requirements of the MET Technician:
  • Proven experience as a MET Technician or Crash Mechanic within a busy workshop environment
  • Qualification to at least Senior ATA Level 3 in MET and Body Repair
  • Full UK Manual Driving Licence
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality work
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
