We are working on behalf of our client to recruit an experienced MET Technician for their Accident and Repair Centre located in Falkirk. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled motor trade professionals seeking a new challenge within a reputable, award-winning organisation.

  • Achievable earnings of £60,000+ including overtime
  • 42.5-hour working week, Monday to Friday

  • Work within a large, reputable accident and repair centre in Falkirk
Duties:
  • Perform vehicle repairs as an MET Technician, including mechanical, electrical, and trim duties
  • Strip, refit, and replace body panels, bumpers, and doors
  • Use diagnostic tools to identify and repair faults efficiently
  • Complete job cards and paperwork accurately
  • Work within a fast-paced bodyshop environment
  • Either work independently or as part of a team to meet repair deadlines
  • Use personal tools necessary for the role
Requirements of the MET Technician:
  • Level 3 qualification as an MET Technician or Mechanic
  • Proven experience working within a bodyshop environment
  • ATA accreditation is highly beneficial
  • Confident in stripping and refitting body panels, bumpers, and doors
  • Ability to use diagnostic equipment to identify faults and carry out repairs
  • Capable of working efficiently in a high-pressure environment
  • Reliable and able to complete paperwork accurately
  • Must possess the necessary tools for the role
