We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a MET Technician position in Southend, Essex. This is a distinguished opportunity for an experienced MET Technician to join a reputable dealership with a focus on quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. Duties of the MET Technician:
  • Conduct vehicle repairs and servicing in accordance with manufacturer specifications
  • Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults across a variety of vehicle makes and models
  • Perform auto electrical diagnostics and repairs effectively
  • Maintain high standards of workmanship and safety at all times
  • Complete service documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Advise customers on repairs, maintenance, and additional services as needed
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure operational efficiency
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a MET Technician or Auto Electrician
  • Relevant qualifications in automotive electrics or MET repairs
  • Strong diagnostic abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and within a team
  • Full UK Driving Licence
  • Knowledge of current automotive repair standards and techniques
