Basic Salary: £34,000-£35,000

Realistic OTE: £45,000+ | Top Performers Earn £50,000-£55,000

Are you a skilled MET Technician looking for a fresh opportunity with excellent earning potential and a busy, successful bodyshop?
Our client is seeking an experienced and motivated Mechanical, Electrical & Trim (MET) Technician to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a technician who takes pride in quality workmanship and wants to be rewarded for their performance.

The Role
As an MET Technician, you will be responsible for removing, refitting, repairing, and replacing vehicle mechanical, electrical, and trim components to manufacturer standards. Working closely with the bodyshop team, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality repairs and ensuring vehicles are returned to customers in excellent condition.

What We're Looking For
✅ Proven experience as an MET Technician within a bodyshop environment
✅ Strong skills across Mechanical, Electrical & Trim work
✅ Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
✅ Experience removing and refitting vehicle components to a high standard
✅ A keen eye for detail and commitment to quality
✅ Full UK Driving Licence preferred

What's On Offer?
£34,000-£35,000 Basic Salary
Excellent bonus structure
£45,000 OTE for solid, consistent performance
£50,000-£55,000 OTE for top-performing technicians
