METAL FINISHER – SHOTBLASTING / BEADBLASTING / STAINLESS CLEANING

Salary: £15–£18 per hour (depending on experience)
We are currently seeking an experienced Metal Finisher to join a busy and well-established engineering environment. This is an excellent opportunity for a reliable and skilled individual looking for long-term work with competitive hourly pay.
Key Responsibilities:- Shotblasting components to required standards
- Beadblasting for precision surface finishing
- Stainless steel cleaning and preparation
- Pickling and passivation processes
- Ensuring all work meets quality and safety requirements
- Maintaining a clean and safe working area
- Previous experience in metal finishing, blasting, or surface treatment
- Confident working with stainless steel processes
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious
- Competitive hourly rate: £15–£18 per hour (DOE)
