As a Metal Polisher, your responsibilities will include:

• Polishing stainless steel components to a smooth, hygienic finish in line with food industry standards
• Operating grinding and polishing machinery to remove stains and achieve consistent surface finishes
• Selecting the right hand tools and techniques for each job to get the finish exactly right
• Inspecting finished work closely to confirm it meets quality standards before it moves on
• Maintaining a clean, organised workspace at all times

As a Metal Polisher, your experience will include:

• At least 1 year of hands-on metal polishing experience, ideally finishing stainless steel
• Experience within food manufacturing, hygienic fabrication or a similar precision environment is highly desirable
• Confident use of hand tools and polishing machinery, with knowledge of different polishing techniques
• A sharp eye for detail and the ability to spot defects through close visual inspection
• The physical fitness to handle some heavy lifting as part of the role
