Position: Metrology Engineer
Location: Gloucestershire / Wiltshire
Salary: £36,000–£42,000 (Includes Shift Allowance) + Bonus + Benefits / Rotating Early and Late Shifts

The Company: Our Client, an established precision manufacturer is seeking a Metrology Engineer to support new product introductions, manufacturing quality and process validation.
The Role: Employed as a Metrology Engineer, your primary purpose will be to:
- Develop CMM and vision inspection programs.
- Conduct first article inspections, capability studies and equipment calibration.
- Investigate measurement issues and produce technical reports.
The Person: Candidates suitable for consideration should be able to provide evidence of the following:
- Mechanical apprenticeship or strong precision inspection experience.
- Confident interpreting engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Hands-on CMM programming and first-principle measurement skills.
- Experience in regulated manufacturing advantageous; MCOSMOS desirable.
