MHE Warehouse Operative

Staffline is recruiting for a MHE Warehouse Operative to work with our client in a brand-newly built distribution center at one of their sites based in Stanford-Le-Hope (London Thames Gateway).

This role is long term, full time (minimum 37.50 hours per week) with eligibility of temp to perm after 12 weeks

This is a full-time role working rotating shifts, any 5 days out of 7, the hours of work are:
- 6am to 2pm
- 2pm to 10pm

Must be flexible, as 2 weekends of working are required as per schedule (providing long-term roster).

There is also an opportunity for night shift vacancies - (5 days out of 7, 10pm to 6am and the pay rate is £16.09 for basic hours and overtime £24.14 per hour).

Candidates must be over 18 years old.

There is no public transport links to site and it is crucial to check commute.

Your Time at Work
As a Warehouse Operative your duties include:

- PPT duties
- Picking and Packing
- Loading and unloading pallets
- Wrapping products
- General warehouse duties
- Stock handling
- LLOP duties, EPT, possibly FLT, reach truck and counterbalance.

Manual handling and some heavy lifting are required in this role.

Our Perfect Worker
Our perfect Warehouse Operative should have previous MHE experience (PPT, LLOP, FLT, reach truck or counterbalance).

2 years of previous employment and references are required.

Assessment will be carried out, so good English language level is required and candidates will complete a drug & alcohol test.
